Brand design takes approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. The website design process is approximately 6-8 weeks. If you need a brand FAST we do offer our “done-in-a-week” branding, check it out here!

Aviana Creative Co. does not currently offer in-house copywriting services. However, we can assist you in making minor adjustments to your copy or suggest a copywriter to work with.

While there are many website builders out there, Squarespace is one of the most reputable and versatile builders available. Squarespace is affordable, offers many integrations, css customizations and great customer service. Ensuring not only a great website building process on the designers end but easy and efficient website maintenance on your end.

No. While we can use stock photography on your website, professional brand photos are HIGHLY recommended.

The only fees you will pay to Aviana Creative Co. are outlined in your design agreement. In order to take your website live, you will need to pay an annual hosting fee to Squarespace. We do not host your website. You will also need to purchase your domain name (your website’s URL) which varies in price but is typically less than $30/year.

We do not offer in-depth SEO services. However, we will set up your page titles and meta description for Google, a keyword rich Site Title, and alt tags will be applied to all images that are added during the design process.

Every design package is split up into 3 equal payments. One third is due at the start of the project, midway through and the final payment is due at the end of the project.

First off, hire Aviana to create a STUNNING and CUSTOM brand that reflects your vision, whether it be a personal or a business brand. You WILL NOT be disappointed. I was looking for a brand designer that was different from all the others, one that was innovative, thought outside the box, listened to my vision, took my initial mood board and then bring it to life! Well she BROUGHT IT! I cannot speak highly enough of her, her process was smooth, communication was excellent, she's incredibly detailed, I would pay double for her services, she's that incredible!
